Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-7 days. If an order is placed on a weekend, it will be processed during the following business days. All orders are generally delivered on weekdays however some exceptions may apply. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping is displayed at checkout.

• United States Postal service

  • 10-12 business days

• Canada post expedited

  • 5 business days

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

All of our orders are shipped with tracking numbers. Tracking numbers will be generated within 24 hours of the parcel being shipped out.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Boreal Defence is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages inflicted during shipping

Boreal Defence is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

International shipping policy

At this time, Boreal Defence only ships to the United States & Canada. If you are looking to purchase from elsewhere, please send an email to sales@borealdefence.com.

Our exchange policy does not cover user inflicted damage to the component, only defects caused during the manufacturing process.
