Shipment processing time

All orders are generally processed within 1-5 business days. If we expect delays to your order we will notify you by email. All orders are generally delivered on weekdays however some exceptions may apply. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping time estimates are displayed at checkout. Our rule of thumb is to select the fastest carrier based on your shipping selection. For Canadian orders we generally use Canada Post Xpress. For our American customers we normally select UPS or USPS.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

All of our orders are shipped with tracking numbers. Tracking numbers will be generated within 24 hours of the parcel being shipped out.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Boreal Defence is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages inflicted during shipping

Boreal Defence is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

International shipping policy

At this time, Boreal Defence only ships to the United States, Canada and select Euro Zone countries. If you are looking to purchase from elsewhere, please send an email to sales@borealdefence.com.
