Equipment should perform the job it was built for. If a Boreal Defence product has a problem related to its materials or workmanship, send it to us for assessment.

What we cover
We stand behind the materials and workmanship of products manufactured by Boreal Defence. Coverage applies to manufacturing defects that appear during the product’s intended use.
After inspection, we may repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable item, or offer another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

What is not covered
Warranty coverage does not include:
- Normal wear, fading, abrasion or other cosmetic changes from use.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper care or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
- Products that have been altered, modified or repaired without authorization from Boreal Defence.
- Damage to equipment made by another manufacturer.

Assessment and repair
Every request is reviewed individually. Eligibility and the available resolution are confirmed only after we assess the product and the circumstances of the issue. Do not mail a product to us until you receive return instructions from our team.
